Getting Started
What is this platform?
We are a collaborative shopping marketplace where customers can join together to purchase products in bulk from vendors, unlocking better prices and deals through group buying power.
How does group buying work?
Vendors list products with quantity goals. When enough customers join a circle (group) to meet the vendor's minimum quantity, everyone in the circle gets the special bulk pricing. It's a win-win for both customers and vendors.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes, you'll need to create an account to join circles, make purchases, and track your orders. Registration is free and takes just a minute.
Shopping & Orders
How do I join a circle?
Browse available products, select the one you want, and click 'Join Circle'. You'll be added to the group of buyers for that product. Once the vendor's minimum quantity is met, the purchase is processed.
What happens if a circle doesn't reach the minimum quantity?
If a circle doesn't reach the vendor's minimum quantity goal by the deadline, no charges are processed and the circle is dissolved. You won't be charged anything.
Can I cancel my participation in a circle?
Yes, you can leave a circle before the quantity goal is met and the order is confirmed. Once the order is confirmed, standard cancellation policies apply.
How do I track my orders?
You can track all your orders from your profile dashboard. You'll also receive email notifications about order status updates.
Payments
When will I be charged?
You'll only be charged when a circle reaches its quantity goal and the vendor confirms the order. If the goal isn't met, you won't be charged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods through our payment processor.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and secure payment processing. We never store your full credit card information on our servers.
For Vendors
How can I become a vendor?
Click on 'Become a Vendor' and complete the registration process. Our team will review your application and get back to you within 2-3 business days.
What are the fees for vendors?
We charge a small commission on successful sales. Detailed pricing information is available in the vendor dashboard after registration.
How do I list products?
Once approved as a vendor, you can list products through your vendor dashboard. Set your prices, minimum quantities, and delivery terms.
When do I receive payment?
Payments are processed after successful delivery confirmation. Funds are typically transferred to your account within 5-7 business days.
Account & Support
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on 'Forgot Password' on the login page and follow the instructions. You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
How can I update my account information?
Go to your profile page where you can update your personal information, shipping address, and preferences.
How do I contact customer support?
You can reach us through the Contact page, email us directly, or use the support chat feature when available. We typically respond within 24 hours.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
